Women power!

I had a chance to attend a seminar on 'The Empowerment of women ' some years ago.The intention is to help women discover themselves.

They said, "a woman's greatest strength is her empathy ". Ofcourse, I do ponder this often summarising ,that's her greatest weakness too.
