Simple exercises everyday!

Follow the postures in the pictures.it hardly takes  five minutes to do all of these but its greatly refreshing for the body and mind.Exercise everyday for a healthy mind and body.my grandpa used to do this even when he was in his 80 's he was active all thriough his life.This picture is taken from the old book he had .he used to give copies of this book to every one he knew for free but now that he not with us anymore I just wanted to share this somewhere useful to everyone and that way I can save a copy for myself .This exercise greatly relaxes the body so it advised to be done in the morning and at night.For a good health , exercise regularly.
